Modern Home Design - Sobrino House by A4estudio

This modern home was designed by A4estudio, located in Mendoza, Argentina. This house was designed for a complexity with which this house serves as a residence as well as the workplace. The designer proposes an organized level where all the uses of life and human relationships are possible: relaxed, residence, contemplation and work.

In operation topography, all family activities converge in the general volume of the landing at the highest levels of the ground and rises 2.5 m from the lowest part, by placing the living room, dining room and kitchen in one area next to the entrance. In the living room there are also stairs to the bottom that is used as a place to store wine, thus simplifying access for entertaining guests. This operation is proposed entry into the house behind all this activity, at the point of stripping the natural slope.
