Modern Home Design - House in side of the Castle by Fran Silvestre Arquitectos

This modern home was designed by Fran Silvestre Architects, located in Ayora, Valencia, Spain. The building is located in a landscape of unique beauty, the result of natural growth and evident. The mountain, crowned by a castle, is covered by a blanket from the house through a system of aggregation by simple juxtaposition of fragmentary pieces created target tissue that adapts to the topography.

This Modern Home Design project proposes the integration into the environment, respecting their strategies to adapt to the environment and materials out of mimesis that would lead to misleading historicism, which shows the time constructively to meet the requirements of the “new people”. In this way, this Modern Home Design is conceived as a piece placed on the ground, joining in the gap. A piece built on the same white lime, the primacy of the massif of the same opening, which is on the edge of the page to their holes and integrated into the fragmentation of the environment.

The interior of this Modern Home Design is divided by the void that is the core of the provision of communication cut parallel to the mountain, but without touching it. Downstairs is the garage and basement, on a volume that has two floors with four rooms. Two of them, the rooms at the intermediate level are open to private road, the other two upper-level high above the houses opposite, the Valle de Ayora. One of them, the study opens to turn to central double height, who incorporates into his space. Through space, and in the mountains, are the areas facing the day garden illuminated by light reflected on the south side of the castle oxidized.
